The fuel shut off solenoid wire breaks off sometimes too, so check that, if no fuel comes out. Shut off the fuel, pull the small side cover window, let the fuel drain. Rotate the engine BY HAND until the 2 lines line up.. 1 is stationary and 1 rotates. Check the timing *'s on your flywheel for proper engine timing w/ the lines lined up..
