The fan is run via hydraulics that is controlled by a valve with 3 solenoids. 1 solenoid has power the other 2 don't even after trying all the switches.

1st Remove the air filter, see if it starts. If the same use some starting fluid, see if it starts. If no to the above, you have an injector that failed. I hope this helps you.
