I am looking at a 2006 317 John Deere skid steer that a rental company has for sale with 900 hrs. I would use it for cleaning cattle barns and other chores, maybe move some bales etc. Was just wondering if anyone had experience with this machine. Are these a good series of loaders pros/cons. Thanks for any info or advice. The cat with the MTL undercarriage will ride superior to the deere machine and will also go about 3 mph faster iirc. The MTL undercarriage will cost a bit more in maintenance but having both machines I will not go back to a standard undercarriage.
