Skid steers will lift lots and have a zillion attachments, but I have heard complaints that you can't get out the cab with a shuttle of roundup lifted 1/2 way up. The cabs are small and noisy and the machines are quite rough and slow compared to a farm tractor. I probably have forgoten how bad a skid is in mud as we have been on tracks for 6 or 7 years now!
